I get the impression that this type of VA loan is more specialized and harder to do.  Thank you for your hard work on this loan, and doing the job to get it done for my buyer.  He and his Mrs. are very happy and you were able to get this done when my usual loan officer was not able to.  Good job.  Jefferson is a Veteran who has paid more than many to go to battle for his/our country and I am glad that he can get the home that he really wants.  He deserves at least this for the price he has paid.
